The "Why": Real estate projects have unique cash flow cycles. We provide specialized liquidity for land acquisition, construction, or refinancing existing inventory.

Key Offerings:

Construction Finance: Funding for residential or commercial projects from the excavation stage to completion.

Inventory Funding (LRD): Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) for owners of commercial properties with stable rental income.

Last-Mile Funding: Capital for projects that are 80%–90% complete but need a final push to reach the OC (Occupancy Certificate).

The 2026 Standards: All projects must be RERA registered. We focus on ESG-compliant (Green Building) projects which now qualify for lower interest rates.

Funding Ratio: Typically up to 50%–70% of the project cost or $60\%$ of the Market Value (LTV).

Documents: RERA Registration, Approved Building Plans, Title Search Report (last 30 years), and Project Cash Flow projections.
