The 2026 Standards: All projects must be RERA registered. We focus on ESG-compliant (Green Building) projects which now qualify for lower interest rates.
Funding Ratio: Typically up to 50%–70% of the project cost or $60\%$ of the Market Value (LTV).
Documents: RERA Registration, Approved Building Plans, Title Search Report (last 30 years), and Project Cash Flow projections.
